4. Orders and Payments

5. Delivery Services
5.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to specific areas as indicated on our platform. Delivery availability is subject to change.
5.2 Delivery Time

- We are not liable for delays beyond our control
5.3 Delivery Address

6. Reward Points Program
6.1 Earning Points
- Earn 1 point for every ₹10 spent on completed orders
- Points are credited when order is delivered/completed
- Wallet product purchases earn 1:1 points
6.2 Using Points
- Points can be redeemed for discounts or special products
- 1 Point = ₹1 value
- Points are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Points expire after 12 months of inactivity
6.3 Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the reward points program at any time with reasonable
notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform including:
- Logo, trademarks, and brand names
- Product images and descriptions
- Website design and code
- Marketing materials
are the exclusive property of Delhi Malai Chaap and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is
prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or delivery partners
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
- Post false reviews or misleading information
- Resell our products without authorization
- Use automated systems (bots) to access our platform
9. Limitation of Liability
Delhi Malai Chaap shall not be liable for:
- Allergic reactions or food sensitivities (please inform us of allergies)
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to property during delivery
- Third-party payment gateway failures
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.
10. Food Safety and Quality
- We follow FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) guidelines
- All food is prepared in hygienic conditions
- We use quality ingredients from trusted suppliers
- Please consume food within recommended time for best quality
11. Refund and Return Policy
11.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for:
- Cancelled orders (before preparation)
- Incorrect items delivered
- Quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery
- Non-delivery of confirmed orders
11.2 Non-Refundable
- Change of mind after preparation
- Taste preferences
- Delayed consumption
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
12. Franchise Operations
Franchise partners operate under our brand but are independent entities. While we maintain quality
standards, individual franchises are responsible for their operations.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon
posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in
full force and effect.
